Do you contact my landlord? No. You get the PDF and decide who to send it to.
Do I need to do it at move-in too? It helps most when you have both: a move-in report shows what was already there. If you didn't do one at move-in, a move-out report recorded before handover is still far better than nothing.
What if my footage is poor? If we can't make a usable report from it, we tell you what to re-shoot or refund you in full.
Who sees my footage? Only the people making your report. Files are deleted 30 days after delivery. See privacy.
