Refund policy

• Late: if your report isn't ready within 24 hours of a complete upload, you get a full refund on request (you keep the report when it arrives).
• Not happy: tell us within 7 days of delivery and we refund in full. No forms.
• Unusable footage: if we can't make a usable report from your files, we tell you what to re-shoot, or refund you in full if you prefer.
• Changed your mind before uploading: full refund.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Email hello@flatwitness.com with your order link or receipt.
